Thursday the 15th April, brings a shift in Claremont Hall Container. The warmup will be followed by a short meditation then continues into the dance. The purpose is to offer a solid foundation of awareness to move from. Respectful men and women, their own movements sensitive to each others need in the space. Sometimes eyes closed and inner vision open. Sometimes eyes open outer vision refining the dance.  The appeal is for sincere dances, who wish to use the time in a deep exploration of the mystery of ones own being.
