This is final part of a series of one off classes exploring seven spaces within our being.

This class focuses on all the spaces together. Combining conscious dance, breath work and meditation we will explore the space and what it holds of our being. There is no theory taught in the class, the aim is to be completely experiential and allow one to develop their own relationship to each space.
