Course Details

A deepening of the connection of breath, body, and movement.

In this Living Room Dances series we explore the breath and how it moves us.  Through six 45 minute Dance Awake Classes. Each class invites one to explore an aspect of breathing in each of the five different styles of movement.  The last class is allows one to explore breath in movement with whatever arises. As it is.

Living Room Dances

The Living Room Dances (LRD)  are 45 minute guided conscious dance practices with music. They can be done anywhere anytime.

Each module of LRD follows a theme. There are 6 dance practices per module. The first five practices explore the theme through one of the five main movement styles namely: somatic, expressive, ecstatic, shamanic and invocatory. The sixth practice is an un-facilitated mix for your to explore the theme more personally.
