The Body Awareness Dances are based on the 5 dimensions of the human body map. Five 15 minute practices explore awareness of different dimensions whilst in movement. The dimensions are physical, mental, energetic, psychic and subtle.

Equanimity – 102 explores an important quality of awareness. Discover how to become present to whatever your experience as it is, without judgement or suppression.

The course consists of 15-18 minute conscious practices that explore equanimity through moving in the different dimensions of our human body whilst in movement. Equanimity is the ability to hold expanded awareness without aversion or attachment to the experience. Let’s explore!
