Dance of the Seven Spaces: Sacrum

This is part of a series of one off classes exploring seven spaces within our being. In yoga they are known as the Chakra’s.

This class focuses on the space at the sacrum. Combining conscious dance, breath work and meditation we will explore the space and what it holds of our being. There is no theory taught in the class, the aim is to be completely experiential and allow one to develop their own relationship to each space.
