The Body Awareness Dances are based on the 5 dimensions of the human body map. Five 15 minute practices explore awareness of different dimensions whilst in movement. The dimensions are physical, mental, energetic, psychic and subtle.

Breathing – 104 Breath and the 5 sheaths/dimensions of awareness map. 

The Body Awareness course is based on the map of the 5 dimensions of the human body. Fifteen minute practices that explore awareness of different dimensions of our human body whilst in movement. This Module we focus on how the breath feels as we move in each of the dimensions.
