This course is for people experienced in conscious dance and able to practice for a slightly longer duration. The idea behind the course is to deepen and expand our awareness using breathing, movement and the experiential contemplation of the 5 elements. Each practice can be done several times so as do drop into deeper layers of our experience of being.
Course Description
Combining conscious dance with breath work, meditation, deep relaxation and mindfulness and the map of the 5 elements, we aim to explore our being more deeply. Each practice focuses first on a breathing technique and then a movement practice. We then enter moving conversations full of insight, creativity and transformation.
Keys to different dimensions
I enjoyed the integration of subtler breathing practices before we danced each week, which gave keys to different dimensions of the movement experience, and I feel empowered to traverse the fuller picture of my being moving forward – both on and off the dance floor. Thank you Brian.
