Course Description
A very systematic course introducing the foundation of mindfulness and meditation practice. This course introduces the theory and practice of meditation.
Easier than I thought
I was skeptical about being able to sit still for a minute let alone 45! I took my time but the technique made it easier than I thought it would be. I was amazed the first time I tried the long practice, I did not move for 45 minutes! I just felt deeply still inside myself. This course is great!

Course Details
Body Stillness is a meditation practice specifically designed for beginners. However the technique is very powerful and can lead you to the ultimate meditation experience.
Understanding that it takes time for the mind to settle, we move it around the body getting it to notice various things, visualise others, and ultimately focus on the stillness in the body as the object of concentration.
Included in this course is one mindfulness practice and three guided recordings of the Body Stillness – short, medium and long.
