There is a lot that can be said and discussed about each element but this course focuses on direct experience of the elements and develop your own understanding of the play of elements within your body. The aim is expanding awareness.
Class Description
The Elemental Awareness course is based on a map of the 5 elements: Earth, water, fire, air, and ether. They also create different movements and ways of moving. Five 15 minute practices explore awareness of different aspects of the elements in movement.
A Perfect little hit!
I squeeze these little dances into my day, especially when I’m feeling spun out, exhausted or in need of a quick break. They really help me to shift things and the music is amazing!

104 Qualities 2 – exploring further qualities of the elements.
The Elemental Awareness course is based on a map of the 5 elements. Earth, water, fire, air and ether. Each element gives rise to different tones, textures and sensations. They also create different movements and ways of moving. The practices are a way of discovering, exploring and expanding our awareness of these elements.
EA 104 focuses on the more of the qualities typical to each element. Through feeling those qualities within our own being and how they create movement. Earth and Boundaries; Water and the path of least resistance; Fire and Choice; Air and spontaneity; Ether and “I Know”.
